THE CLASSES
BODY SCULPT
Body Sculpt is a barbell workout that incorporates functional strength training. Every movement plane is attacked using weights and body weight for safe and motivating exercises. Great music also helps to create a super fun group fitness atmosphere!
STEPIT STRENGTH
StepIt Strength is a simplified, modernized & energized step aerobics class that also incorporates the use of lightweight dumbbells for high-rep full body toning! The class is a HIIT style workout with intermittent low-impact cardio tracks. Expect music bangers and a killer workout that feels more like a party than a gym sesh!
UPBEAT BARRE

UpBeat Barre is a full-body workout that combines ballet, yoga, Pilates, and strength training with popular music. It's designed to be fun, accessible, and low impact, with varying levels of intensity
This class starts with a warm-up routine and then a simple mobility flow to grease and groove up joints. Then you learn your 1st step routine. The steps are taught and then you go through the entire routine. Next, you'll do some strength training before moving into the 2nd step routine. After learning that, both routines are put together you do them all the way through. The class will end with a cool down and stretch.

"Get ready to vibe with yourself in this soulful mat Pilates class, where we blend fierce, intentional movement with calming breathwork. It’s all about tuning into your body, radiating vibrance, and leaving the mat feeling like the powerhouse you are!"
This class is a fantastic starting point for anyone who is new to yoga. We will learn about the importance of breathwork during yoga (and life) and how to both move, and "hold," with controlled breathing. We will introduce the basic yoga poses in this slower-paced class, focusing on the needs of the students who are present. We’ll break down each pose (asana) and learn how to make it “fit” our individual bodies. This class will prepare beginners to attend yoga classes anywhere.

Our yoga classes are based on Hatha yoga, a foundational style that introduces students (practitioners) to the essential elements of yoga, focusing on physical postures (asanas), proper alignment and breath control (pranayama). Hatha is a general term that encompasses a more gentle movement practice and is suitable for both beginners and seasoned yogis alike. Our classes will incorporate a variety of longer posture holds, building strength, flexibility and balance, along with Vinyasa flows, sun salutations & meditations, making it a dynamic class for all levels of yoga practitioners.

If you're looking for an exercise class that feels more like a dance party than a workout, then Zumba® is the perfect fit for you! Zumba® group fitness classes blend a wide variety of world rhythms, including Latin, EDM, Soca, Pop, Bhangra, Country, etc., with cardio dance moves, making workouts feel more like a dance party than exercise. Our licensed Zumba instructors are high-energy “cheerleaders,” encouraging students of all ages, abilities and body types to be the 🌟of each class! Music and dance-moves change weekly, keeping the class fresh, challenging (in a good way 😁) and FUN!

Zumba® Gold-Toning is tailored for active, older adults who want to focus on muscle conditioning and light-weight activity. Also a great class for those who are new to exercise! Zumba® Gold-Toning blends the Zumba® party you love at a slower pace with a redefining total body workout using Zumba® Toning Sticks to shake up those muscles!

Childcare is available for all 8:30 am fitness classes.

Childcare Terms and Guidelines

Parents are not permitted to leave the premises of Bright Space while their child/children are being cared for.

The hired childcare provider will not be assisting children with diaper changes or bathroom help. If your child requires assistance with either parent will be notified.

Please do not bring sick children to childcare. Childcare provider and/or instructor has the right to refuse attendance to sick children.

Children must be successfully checked into childcare before parent can attend fitness classes. Please arrive early to allow adequate time.

Please avoid bringing outside food, drinks or toys.
